Research shows that it's men who like a cuddle in bed rather than women. This topic came up randomly when JY and I were chatting on one boring evening after dinner.

Men, on the other hand, are much keener to end the day with a hug and far more likely to kick up a fuss if they don’t get one. According to a survey, one women in three doesn’t like cuddling and half try to avoid it when they get into bed because they are exhausted and want to go straight to sleep. One in four said cuddling in bed makes them hot and uncomfortable, and one in ten even admitted they would prefer to lie under the covers checking their Facebook account than cosying up with their other half. ..."

When he told me that girls nowadays don't like to cuddle, I was like "Yarr, I know why girls don't like to cuddle, it's so hot. We just wanna sleep in peace, after you know...". Oh wells, it was a joke!
I'm pretty amazed at the statistic, really. And pretty happy too. I'm a cuddler.
